Description: A majestic oak tree that was a victim of New Jersey’s unusual October 2011 snowstorm has become a beautiful strong bowl. The bottom and long sides of this solid bowl sport a portion of the darker bark. The light honey color of the bowl is mixed with the darker color tree striations and waves. Each end of the bowl shows the rings of the tree branch. The texture of the inside bottom of this piece is bumpy and the outside bottom is flat. A small knot on the inside of this decorative art creates even more visual interest.
